These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ReliableScan Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or attending an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance unless stated otherwise (e.g., walk-in services).
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Appointment confirmation will be provided via email or phone.
3. Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of your scan, before the service is provided.
We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
If we cancel your appointment, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
6. Services & Medical Disclaimer
Our scans are conducted by trained professionals using advanced ultrasound technology.
Scans provided are for reassurance and diagnostic purposes, but they do not replace advice or treatment from your GP, midwife, or other healthcare provider.
We do not accept liability for any decisions you make based on scan results without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book or undergo an ultrasound scan.
Proof of ID may be required at your appointment.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking, you consent to us storing and processing your details for appointment and communication purposes.
9. Liability
While we take the utmost care in delivering our services, we shall not be held liable for:
Missed abnormalities not visible during the scan.
Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.
Any misuse of results outside the intended purpose of the scan.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
