Refund Policy

At ReliableScan Ltd, we value your time and aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your appointment.

Deposits
  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scan.

Cancellations by the Customer
  • If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you wish to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with sufficient notice may allow us to transfer your deposit to your new booking (subject to availability).

Cancellations by ReliableScan Ltd
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your scan at no extra cost.

No-Shows
  • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
